What Causes Nausea And Soreness In The Breast?

I am wanting to know if I could be pregnant. My wife and I artificially inseminated 6 days ago today. I haven t had my period this month yet. We inseminated 1-2 days before my period was supposed to be here. I ve been having nausea thought the day. My back is really sore some days and my breast are starting to get tender by the day. I took 2 first response pregnancy test but both came back negative. Is there a possibility I could still be pregnant?

no... menstrual cycle if regular then mid of cycle is usual time for conception as hormones cycles as such that it makes surface to shedoff in last days so it is just rare though not impossible.
