Hello,

Chemo radiation may lead to mucosal slough off and mucositis which may lead to pain and indigestion. Mucosa epithelia for regeneration is slow if radiation exposure.

Use multivitamin tablet and pain killer. Use tablet Pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. If scar is formed, then it is a permanent damage and difficult to manage.

Please consult your oncologist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
