What Causes Nausea And Headaches After An Injury?

I have bumped the top of my head around 5 times in two days as I remeber. I have also noticed that I am bumping into walls, having headaches, asking people to repeat questions as I didn t hear the first time an just last night i felt very nauseous an felt like vomiting, also sleeping a lot.

You have recently had two head injuries and now having nausea and balancing issues. These head traumas maybe resulting in mild concussions. I would recommend that you see your medical provider and have them check you for traumatic brain injuries.
