What Causes Nausea And Fatigue?

My daughter is 20 years old and had a kidney transplant 14 years ago (as well as many other health issues along the way) Her labs have been rock solid but she had her second round of mono 6 months ago. Doctors say she doesn t have any trace of EBV virus any more but she continues to have waves of nausea and chronic fatigue. Her last labs had some flagged/High lab counts from that visit: WBC, Absolute Neutrophil, Total Protein SerPl QN, & Glucose SerPl QN-...could any of these cause her nausea or fatigue. Everyone thinks we are crazy- but she never complains and I know she feels horrible!

Hello,

A neutophilia points towards infection and it could be due to the mono she had. But persistent nausea and fatigue wouldn't occur once it's cured. Did they do any ultrasound abdomen to look for any pathology or any still tests for any parasites. Is there any weight loss associated with it? Please get all this tests done and send reports to us . you can also seek opinion of a gastroenterologist for the same.
