What Causes Nausea And Fatigue While On Tryptomer For Headache?
Hi,iam suffering from oneside headache on my left side of my face since 7 to 8 years,recently i consulted with doctor,he suggested me tryptomer 25mg.since last one week iam taking this tablet but feeling drousiness in the morning and whole day iam not much energetic as earlier.

Your drowsiness is because of tryptomer. You could be given a substitute for this with lesser side effect Or the same medicine with lesser strength perhaps 10 mg
