Hello,

This is due to most possible intestine infection, gastritis with or without gravels in the kidney. You can have best primary relief with PPI as Pantoprazole and anti-spasmodic.

Take tablets prescription with your doctor. But an ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis is mandatory for underlying evaluation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
