I was in the DR on Sunday morning with nausea vomiting and extreme equilibrium problem. I was seen and had a normal head CT, normal labs and elevated NO which subsided upon receiving antivert, normal ekg as well. I refused a MRI due to vistas and refreshed divestment wait a few days to see if this improved in its own. My hypertension is controlled with daily hydrochkorithyozide and Losartan 100mg. I have had only slight dizziness a few times and periodic vertigo for but a brief moment if blowing my nose to hard. I feel no other symptoms other than possibly a slight pressure and itching occasionally from one of my ears. We did said my ears were fine. Comments? YYYY@YYYY
