What Causes Nausea Along With Vomiting And Backache?
Hi, I’ve been experience nausea for about a week and a half now and it has been accompanied by vomiting up white foam at least once a day. For a week I have also been experiencing a non stop pain in my back and stomach, shortness of breath and I’ve been very fatigued. I am so uncomfortable and I’m in a significant amount of pain. Could you help me by tell me what it possibly could be. Thank you.
As per your query you have headaches along with nausea along with vomiting and backache which seems to be due to strep throat, viral pharyngitis and due to viral fever. The symptoms can also occur due to cervical spodylosis. I would suggest you to consult general physician for proper diagnosis. Doctor may order throat swab test and examination with laryngoscope . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics amoxicillin or penicillin , anti inflammatory and decongestants along with expectorant . Doctor may also refer you to ENT specialist if he/she find problem to be related with ear infection . For now do warm saline gargles and take ibuprofen of acetaminophen for pain.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Get Well Soon.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
