What Causes Nausea Along With Shortness Of Breath Post Recovery From Sinusitis?

I had acute sinusitis about 3+ weeks ago. I took azithromycin for 6 days and at the same time stopped taking the depression medication Zoloft and anti-anxiety medication amitriptyline. I initially was very nauseous had a low grade headache. My chest congestion cleared up but I continue to have some nausea but now have a dry shortness of breath type cause. What do you think is going on ?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi.

The dry shortness if breath could be attributed to either the recovery phase of your infection or a withdrawal symptom of the psychiatric medications you were on. Please speak to your doctor about reinitiation if that has not already been done.

Best wishes.
