What Causes Nausea Along With Dry Heaving And Diarrhea?

I woke up yesterday with a nauseous feeling, and didn t want to eat anything. Shortly after, I thought I was going to vomit, but it was just dry heaves, and my stomach felt a little better, but I still didn t want to eat anything, and didn t feel hungry. Shortly after THAT, it developed into diarrhea, and I ve had it for more than 24 hours--perhaps over 34. Also, I have felt tired, especially in my lower extremities, and I feel like I could sleep all day.

Hello,

Intestine infection through some sort of bacteria or virus ingested via contaminated food or liquids.

Salient guidelines for a better outcome:

@ Drink plenty of liquids including boiled water, lemon juice, coconut water, buttermilk.
@ Dietary precautions to avoid any dairy fat, junk items.
@ Get prescription of PPI as Omeprazole, Gi specific antibiotic as metronidazole, probiotics with lactobacillus from your consultant.

Consult regularly with your physician for follow up progress.
