What Causes Nausea Along With Dizziness?

I have been feeling nauseated for a month now, it usually occurs more after I eat. I have become very very sensitive to smells. I am also experiencing light-headedness randomly during the day. There is no certain movement that causes it, I have experienced it getting up, sitting down, turning around, or just walking. I have also noticed an increase in headaches. I have had a tubal ligation done in 2010, and I have not been late with my menstrual cycle. I do have an appt Wednesday with my PCP. But do you have any ideas what could be going on?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello welcome to the health care magic

Headache associated with nausea could be sign of migraine.

Kindly mention your nature of headache.

If it is unilateral and throbbing in nature than migraine can be there.

For nausea temporary domperidone like anti emetic drug can be prescribed.

USG abdomen done for further work up if needed

Hope your concern solved
