Hi there, I m a 43 year old mother of two children aged 14 & 10. I ve been suffering from nausea since early November last year with a lump feeling in my throat when I swallow. I also get the occasional dizzy spell. I m definitely not pregnant and the doctor has run multiple tests for cancer and thyroid etc. It s very annoying but I find it worse first thing in the morning although it lingers throughout the day. I ve also pills for reflux but they didn t seem to do anything. Any clues as to what it could possibly be? Regards, Wendy
