What Causes Nausea After Eating Post A Gall Bladder Removal Surgery?

I ve had problems with my stomach for years and had my gall bladder removed a year ago. I m old and active and have tried to be careful of what I eat but I still have nausea if I eat the wrong thing. Maybe a gluten free diet might be a way to go and maybe I can solve this mystery. Thanks, Janice Wolfe
