What Causes Nasal Congestion?

Ive been having a clogged nose for the past year. during summer and winter I keep blowing my nose. there isn t a day I don t go without blowing my nose. Ive always though of my allegies but I guess it isn t. what can I do ie tried the steam nothing works. ive done the salt water and it really hasn t work. pls help

I understand your concern.
From your history it seems that you are suffering from some form of sinusitis, Deviated nasal septum or nasal polyp or allergy. My advice is get your X-ray paranasal sinuses and Nasal endoscopy done. This will help to arrive at proper diagnosis.
Meanwhile you can take Levocetrizine+montelukast Combination twice daily for 5 days, Tab Phenylephrine twice daily for 5 days under your physicians advice.
Do not drink cold water, try to find if you are sensitive to any allergen, Continue steam inhalation.
