What Causes Nasal Congestion With Discomfort On The Bridge Of The Nose?

i have nasal conjestion but also have discomfort on the bridge of my nose. not sore like you get when you have had a cold for days but more like i was punched in the nose. very strange. just came about 24 hours ago. could this just be a nasal infection. never had that before.

Common causes may be allergy, sinus infection, nasal polyp, and rhinitis
Advice
1.     Azithromycin 500 mg per oral for 5 days
2.     Levocetirizine 5 mg daily per oral for 5 days
3.     Ambroxol 30 mg daily per oral for 5 days
4.     Do gargle with slight warm salt water four times daily
5.     Avoid dust, smoking, alcohol, dry environment and spicy food
6.     Investigation – X – ray PNS
7.     Consult an ENT specialist for general examination of your nasal and throat passage
