What Causes Nasal Bleeding Inspite Of Taking Mucinex For Sinus Congestion?
I have had sinus congestion for a week. Very congested on the right side. I am using Simply Saline when needed, and Afrin every 12 hours. I am taking Musinix DM and am on day 3 of a Z-Pack. I also have a deep cough. My right nasel passage not only is bloody when I blow, is running blood as well. It does no unclog. Yes, my ears are stopped up as well. I was running fever but have not been since I began the Z-pack. Do I need to be concerned about the bloody nose? It is much more than the usual mucus streaked with blood. It is solid blood.

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms could be allergic condition and this can be managed with "Tab Loratadine Pseudoephedrine" three times in day, drink more water, have steam inhalation, hot shower would be more helpful, and this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
