What Causes Nasal Bleeding Along With Numbness In The Hands And Legs?

My husband started having a nosebleed at work and then had the sudden urge to urinate. On is way to the bathroom he started feeling off. Once he arrived in the bathroom he started feeling numbness in his arms and legs and began to black out. He caught himself as he fell and never lost consciousness. He attempted to radio his coworkers but was unable to make words. They found him sitting on the floor shaking with labored breathing. Ambulance arrived and stayed his BP was 180/110 pulse 85 (normal resting about 50) but were not concerned and advised him to follow up. The episode lasted about 30 minutes with lingering effects of about 1 1/2 hours. I took him to the ER and on the way he developed a bad headache and stomach ache. In the ER BP was 180/101 but on repeat 30 minutes later was 125/74. Neuro exam was unremarkable and CBC, CMP, TSH, cardiac enzymes were all normal. EKG was normal except his heart rate was a little low but he is athletic and has always had a slower heart rate. The headache had slowly improved until two days later he wet the bed. He got upset about this occurring and his headache is back to where it was. Any advice on where to go from here? His mother is concerned for an aneurysm due to her brother also having one. Please advise.
