What Causes Nasal Bleeding After A Fall?

hi my daddy fall in bathroom today and bleed from right side of nose bleeding stop after 2 min but i see the nose contain few drop of blood i take him to emergency and take x ray but doctor say go to home and come after 7 days i feel scary from these drop in nose

Nose bleed after fall is not always dangerous but you should always go for a CT scan of the brain if nose bleed occurs after fall, specially if your father was unconscious at the time of event, or has been experiencing headache, giddiness after that. Please go ahead and get a CT brain to exclude possibility of intracranial hemorrhage.
Also I need your father's age, medical conditions if any.
