What Causes My Stomach Bigger Than The Rest Of My Body?

Dear Doctors! I have too big problem: 1. My belly becomes very fat, but my rest of the body is slim. 2. My height is about 173 cm, and I want to increase it to at least 178 to 180 cm. This big belly is a big a problem. I can not find a good girlfriend. It makes me upset. I am pakistani by ethinicity, height 173, weight 69 Kg (approximately), age 31. Please, give me suggested some easy things without any side effects, but not very expensive as I am poor.

Hello,

As you are 31, it's not possible for you to increase your height. Large belly with other body parts lean indicates central obesity. In order to decrease belly fat the following points are to be remembered:
1) Completely cut down carbohydrates
2) Avoid sugars and other sweeteners and cool drinks
3) Avoid alcohol
4) Diet rich in fiber like fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds are to be taken in large quantities
5) Proteins can be taken liberally
6) Decrease the amount of fat intake
7) Avoid junk food
8) Exercise daily for at least 45 min per day for 5 days a week
9) Drink at least 12-13 glasses of water daily
10) Consult a physical therapist or trainer and learn exercises that would exclusively reduce belly fat and practice those daily

It takes time to see the result but this method is safe and natural.

The following are my recommendations:
1) Belly fat reducing exercises are available online you can watch them and practice them.
2) You need to cut down carbohydrates
3) Also, cut down fats
4) High protein and high fiber diet is recommended
5) Daily exercise for 45 min at least 5 days a week is necessary
6) Drink plenty of water at least 12-15 glasses per day.

As per the height, you can't increase your height now as your development of bones is complete. Exercise is the single most reliable factor in reducing belly fat.
