As you are 31, it's not possible for you to increase your height. Large belly with other body parts lean indicates central obesity. In order to decrease belly fat the following points are to be remembered:
1) Completely cut down carbohydrates
2) Avoid sugars and other sweeteners and cool drinks
3) Avoid alcohol
4) Diet rich in fiber like fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds are to be taken in large quantities
5)
Proteins can be taken liberally
6) Decrease the amount of fat intake
7) Avoid junk food
8) Exercise daily for at least 45 min per day for 5 days a week
9) Drink at least 12-13 glasses of water daily
10) Consult a physical therapist or trainer and learn exercises that would exclusively reduce belly fat and practice those daily
It takes time to see the result but this method is safe and natural.
