What Causes Muscular Pain In Legs While Suffering From Degenerative Arthritis?

I have been having much muscular pain in the legs and it feels as though someone is ripping them apart. Weird, I know. The pain can wake me at night and is getting worse. It started around 6 months ago. I have degenerative arthritis of C2-5. Could this cause these symptoms?

Hi,
If you are elderly then this can be due to law calcium and vitamin D3 level and osteo-artheritis in lower spines as well.
Having osteoporosis does cause this problem.
Consult ortopedic surgeon and get examined.
Take Calcium, vitamin D3 and B1,B12 supplements.
Ok and take care.
