What Causes Muscular Pain In Arm Post Extensive Walk?
When I exert myself while walking , I enccure pain in my left arm and it causes the muscles to ache. Had all the cardiology tests done including heart cath and all is good there. Pulmi ary function test was also very good, but they are looking at maybe asthma

Your problem is mostly as a result of muscle spasm due to severe exertion or heavy exercise. For this you can take some muscle relaxants like dan-mr or osteonac-th twice daily. You can do hot water fomentation at the same site.
