For about 3 days now I've been getting muscles spasms in my arm around my elbow area. I can actually see the muscle jumping up and contracting undrer my skin without me making any movements with my arm. I aslo expereience the same thing below my eye and am starting to feel it in my calf's hamstring and groin. I'm also starting to get tingly feelings down my lower back. Its freaking me out and am wondering what can be the cause of this?
