What Causes Muscle Spasms In The Right Shoulder?

It is on the right side of my entire body. It wakes me up at night with muscle spasms in shoulder and my biceps,right hip to the arch of my right foot. Have used heat massage, chiro, self-stretching, tens unit. no relief. Checked for symptoms of stroke negative. side sleeper with c-pap machine. Please answer.
