My daughter has suffered what appears to be a concussion this morning. She had one last year that is why I feel confident she has one. There is a new symptom which she did not have lAdt year. It is a muscle spasm / twitching around her shoulder and neck area. She is resting now per her previous concussion protocol instructions. My question is how long do theses spasms typically take before I should be concerned She revived this playing soccer with her HS. But they had no medical trainer there If possible I would rather for go the ER and see a brain specialist if nessecary
