What Causes Muscle Sensitivity And Pain On Right Tibia With History Of Having Fracture?

I had an accident in 2006 & had a hairline fracture of the right tibia. It close to 10 years now & the muscles around that leg are rough & sensitive. I just started to work out on a treadmill & the pain elevates in that muscles. I there anything serious about this pain?

I really appreciate your concern, such pain may not be due to the old history of fracture but this could be due to muscular spasm and this need to be managed with any analgesic and if this is persistence then it need to be investigated, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day,
