What Causes Muscle Pull While On Motrin And Aleva For Neck And Trapezius Pain?

I have neck and trap pain for 2 weeks and is not getting better. I have a lump there also. Have been taking Motrin and aleve and used ice. I do workout and run. It s not going away like I have had in the past with a pulled muscle. Very hard to get comfortable to sleep. Any suggestions as to what s going on and who to see?

I really appreciate your concern, muscular spasm is very likely condition and for this I would advise to take "Tab Chlorzoxazone with Acetaminophen" three times in day, try to keep the stress level low, and this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
