What Causes Muscle Pain And Stiffness In Left Arm And Hand?
Female. 66 yrs old. Have pain in left arm. From top of arm all the way down to fingers. I am guessing arthritis. Pain in muscles and hand swollen and stiff.(2 days) Also pain in left leg from but-ox to back of knee(3 weeks). Should I be worried?

I would first assure you that there is nothing to worry about as this seems to be a manageable case.
I don t think this is suggestive of arthritis. I think u have not mentioned your age as well.
in any case, for the first line management I'm such cases, I would suggest simple analgesics and hot packs.
one may take tab ibuprofen twice daily for 3 days
please do revert back if symptoms have not subsided as then a diagnosis on a different path could be thought of.
