What Causes Muscle Cramps In The Legs?
I m experiencing muscle cramps in my core and calfs of my legs. I am 67 years old but very active. I have high blood pressure and occasional bouts of gout. I have not had a gout attack in over 2 years. My Meds are allopurinol,adalet 60 mg, B12 injections once a month , Zyrtec, vitamin D, Lipitor. I have recently got a job that keeps me on my feet 8 hours. What can I do to stop he cramping?

there are enough cause for cramp. exclude diabetes and varicose vein. apply crape bandage.decrease continues standing for eight hours treatment is alright. raise your leg with pillow at bedtime
