I occasionally am having a muscle cramping sensation deep in my chest slightly left of my sternum, it can last from 30 seconds to a couple of minutes and then subsides. It seams to occur when I squeeze an object together with both hands. basically when I m using my peck muscles putting something together. I am 45 years old, don t smoke and am a normal weight. What do you think?
