What Causes Mouth Ulcers After Taking NovacloX And Ketorol-DT?

Hello Doctor, On 10th April, one of my tooth was extracted and doctor has given me Cap novacloX LN and Ketal DT. My whole mouth is full of like ulcer, white and red ..I am now advised to take Bicasoal capsule and one gel to put. But, relief is very slow. Please advise. Is this a infection due to tools or something.

Mouth ulcers can be due to antibiotic intake as it is common presentation of antibiotic side effect to cause mouth ulcers..
However the symptoms will get relieved gradually as the antibiotic intake will be stopped..
Yes, it is appropriate to take Vitamin B complex [becosule] and also apply pain relieving or numbing gel.
Along with it you can also do soda bicard gargles.
Gargle with 1:1 solution of benadryl and milk of magnesia..
You can also apply milk of magnesia over the sores..
Avoid spicy foods..
Suck ice cubes to reduce inflammation and pain..
