What Causes Morning Sickness While Breast Feeding?

My baby is 5 months old, I am breast feeding and I got my period 6 weeks after giving birth. I was due for my period on the 25th of August, it is now the 7th of September. I have had unprotected sex. And I do feel a bit sick when I wake up in the mornings and off and on throughout the day. (Not sure if I m just paranoid?) I have taken 5 pregnancy tests and they have all said negative.

I really appreciate your concern, if you have not done the ultrasonography test for pregnancy then better to get it don because this is the only right test to rule out the pregnancy because other tests could give false result, although it may not be conception, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
