What Causes Mood Swings, Nausea And Headache While Using Nicotine Patch?

I m on nicotine patches 4 ( a half weeks) and I have bad symptoms of mood swings, feeling nauseated, churned up tummy, headaches ect ect. I was wanting to know if the patches affect my hormones as I m 54 years and on HRT patches as I have not got overies any more.

other symptoms of Premenopause include hot flushes palpitation vaginal dryness tiredness dizziness
