Hello
The age of your wife is 62 years and she is taking medicine for high blood pressure , this is cause of concern.
First of all talk her and take her advise on all trivial issues .
You know very well that she is a patient and this is natural that she may loose temper but you should not because you know she is ill.
When she get anger , try to calm and don't say any thing , only listen her . When she calm down talk her normally and show that nothing has happened .
In my opinion and experience I recommend you don't need any treatment , no medicine only counselling that too by you.
Good luck.
