What Causes Molluscum Type Lesions On Various Parts Of Body?

Hi! This is a long question! I apologize in advance. I need help! Have been to primary MD and allergist/immunologist. Three year old daughter with hx of anaphylaxis to unknown substance at 15 mos of age. (wheezing, angioedema, vomiting and hives, required epi). After this, allergy testing negative for tree nuts, peanut and other suspected exposures. Photosensitive hives remained on extremities for weeks after the anaphylaxis. Since the episode, has random episodes of hives breaking out on extremities and face without any rhyme or reason. Only illness of infancy aside from skin issues was a mild case of bronchiolitis at 12mos of age, required PRN albuterol puffers x 2 days. (no nebs,) Exclusively breastfed as an infant, very irritable and did not sleep well. Skin rashes, especially in perineum were constant- seemed yeast, diaper rash, molluscum, ringworm- anything and everything. She has had what appears to be molluscum like papules on her trunk and extremeties for 2+ years now with no remission. At 24 mos of age, she came down with a febrile illness that quickly progressed to what appeared to be an immune assault. Started with temp 104, hives over body, then decreased cap refill to feet and hands, strawberry tongue, butterfly rash and peeling of genital skin. Almost appeared as Kawasakis. Strep test was positive, treated with abx and dx with scarlet fever. Once abx began, symptoms faded, although hives would randomly appear on extremities. After this, blood work sent-. Lab work non impressive, anti ANA negative, sed rate normal. Complement panels normal. IgG appeared normal but no breakdown was given. She is vaccinated according to schedule, but after running immune titers, she displayed no antibodies to tetanus or pneumonococcal diseases? Now, at three years old, took her to dentist and all four of her two year old molars did not develop properly and enamel is damaged. Has to have oral surgery on all four . No decay present but possibly due to immune system per dentist. What in the world is going on with my child? She still has the molluscum type lesions on various parts of her body and will get hives in arms and legs without being exposed to something new. Will occasionally have puffy eyes and lips and appear swollen, yet it spontaneously resolves. She is hitting appropriate developmental milestones but is a very poor sleeper and a strange eater- has a ravenous appetite but also likes to eat non food items at times if allowed. Otherwise appears healthy, following growth curve. I did more research and am wondering if I should have her tested for Celiac. I know she has atypical symptoms, but this is so strange and I don t understand how she could have no immunity to certain vaccines? I am worried she will have a random episode of anaphylaxis again and I won t be there to save her. Please advise? Shiould I see a GI doctor for testing for Celiac? Or does this just sound like a common problem? Should I ask for revacciation ? Thanks, Sarah
