What Causes Missed Period Despite A Negative UPT?

i didn t have period about 2 months when i did pregnancy urine test i have very fent second line and in sonoghraphy doctor say there is nothing anything which proved that says u r pregnant so doctor recommend MHR tablet one for per day so m i get pregnant ? what i have to do now?

Hi,

An ultrasound scan is the best means to confirm pregnancy. Since it is not indicative of pregnancy, that means you have not conceived.

Delay in periods could be due to hormonal imbalance.

MHR tablet is a hemopoietic vitamin supplement containing Folic Acid, Mecobalamin and Pyridoxine as active ingredients. It is used for treatment of anemias of nutritional origin.

Kindly take the medication as prescribed and do the necessary follow-up with your doctor as advised.

If you do not get your periods by the next cycle, you may need hormonal medications to induce periods and make it regular as before.
