What Causes Mild Swelling On Upper Neck And Throat Along With Joints Pain?

I just noticed a slight swelling on my upper neck above my adam s apple and below my chin. I have looked at a couple of different things on the internet and am totally confused. I have joint pain in my shoulders and hips in the last few months and have mood swings. I also cannot seem to lose weight no matter what I do. I will lose a couple of pounds then gain it back in a couple of days! I have been snoring more lately and have fatigue and just a sense of not caring about my housework or anything! Help!

Whats ur age?What about ur menstrual periods?Is there any family history of Thyroid issues?Then consult some surgeon to rule out that swelling.It may recquire some clinical examination and sometimes biopsy.dont delay.Contact ur Dr.
