General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I have read your description and understand your concerns.
Contacting infection is quite common after having oral sex due to poor oral hygiene. However, contacting STD/STI with oral sex is a remote possibility.
Kindly take a course of antibiotics like Levofloxacin along with anti-inflammatory tablet Ibuprofen.
Improve your intake of fluids and give adequate scrotal support. Abstain from sexual activities till the symptoms subside completely.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
