Hello welcome to the health care magic

You are having trace protein in urine

Diabetes and Hypertension like systemic disease can affect kidney and nephropathy can lead edema feet

Other causes also should be ruled out like....
_hypoproteinemia (serum protein measured for that)
_cardiac history (if positive than EKG can be done)
_liver problem (for that sgpt, sgot done)

Take low salt diet

Diabetes and Hypertension should be kept under control with medication

If edema more than only medication like diuretic can be prescribed

Take care

Hope this will help you
