What Causes Mild Pain Near To The Breast?

I sometimes get a mild shoot of pain under and around my left breast, it doesn t hurt but enough discomfort for me to know it is there. I kept thinking that it might be my heart or heart attack symptoms but my dr. did a a heart/lung xray and it was fine. Could it be a breast cancer symptom/arthritis or none of these? Thank you.

Hi thanks for asking question.
Here you have breast pain occasionally.
In heart attack pain is severe along with sweating.Simply you can do ECG if doubt regarding ischemic heart disease.
Your x ray is also fine.So respiratory cause also seems to be less.
Here most probability of simple musculoskeletal pain.
Sleep posture should be proper.Sometime defective sleep posture may lead to such slight pain.
Simple analgesic can be taken for it.
Here no chance of breast cancer.In breast cancer nipple discharge or palpable lump mass may be felt.
So just now no worry.
Take rest.
If still no improvement then further work up will be done.
