I have mild to moderate pain upper left abdomen below ribs, tender to the touch, loss of appetite, nausea after eating (any type of food), feeling of fullness after a few bites of food, fatique. General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

It could be a chronic stomach ulcer. I suggest you get a gastroscopy by your local gastroenterologist and if that is clean, an ultrasound of your abdomen.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Anders Mark Christensen, General Surgeon
