Hello doctor good day to you, I am person who ve been doing masturbation 2 or 3 times a week for almost 12 years. now that I m 26 years old for the recent two years I masturbated more I mean like 4 or 5 times a week now I have some times a low pain on the area of my heart and mostly my body aches specially my back, I sometimes think my heart gonna stop, I mean some sort of weird feeling that heart is pounding... I never had any irl friend because I live in a limited country and traditional family as you can imagine, doctor could you plese help me how can i reduce pain over my left side of chest ( heart) and over all my body, my bones and etc? I sit behind pc a lot too cause I couldn t find job for the recent two years, but I walk like 30 min to one hour hour per day, still no use :(
