What Causes Mild Dysuria Along With Perineal And Scrotal Pain?

Hi I am a 35 year old healthy male. Had protected intecourse 6 months ago. 6 weeks later pretty sudden onset discomfort while passing urine. Also pai in testicles and peineum. Noticed bluish vascular nodule 1-2 mm, on/inside left side of meatus. Noticable only when penis is flaccid. Negative chlamydia and gonorrhea tests. Negative urine culture. Tried the following antibiotics; Azitromax 1 g stat, Doxycyline 100 mg x 2 10 days, Erythromcin 500 mg x 4 7 days + Flagl 500 mg x 3. Later Again doxycycline 100 mg x 2 for 3 weeks. Symptoms: mild dysuria, mild pain diffuse on glans, perineal pain, left sided scrotal pain. When looking inside meatus noticed purple looking (vascularized?) mucosa, is this normal ?
