What Causes Mild Chest Pain Radiating To The Arm?

I m having slight chest pain/discomfort on the left side. I keep coughing and the discomfort moves around to my arm, shoulder, jaw and a weird feeling in my back, as well as random coughing. I m 21, so a heart attack really scares me if that s what the problem is. Am I having a heart attack? Could it be something else? If it is, will taking an Advil help?

Hello

Despite your age, this could be cardiac in nature but it also could be a pulmonary embolus--a clot in a lung vein.

Advil is fine for now, but your really need to see a doctor about this as soon as possible
