What Causes Migraines Along With Stiffness In Neck And Back?

Symptoms...migraine for three days. Started with seeing geometric shapes and is now constant pain and pressure. Stiffness in neck and back. It is painful to turn right or left. Treating with motrin and caffeine. Now as I walk I feel pain down to my mid back that takes my breath away with each step. Beginning to feel numbness in lips chin and left fingers.
