What Causes Memory Loss, Vision Loss And Lightheadedness?
My husband has been having lightheaded nests some vision loss some memory loss. Been to hospital and on heart monitor at home now. On blood thinners but symptoms seem the same. Loss of balance also. They know he has had some small strokes but do not know where they are coming from but the blood thinners are not helping the symptoms any ideas?

If symptoms persist, better to consult a neurologist and plan for an MRI brain to rule out possible intracranial (inside the brain) causes.
