What Causes Memory Issues While On Wysolone?

Hi, My mother is taking wyosolone tablets for adrenal insufficiency.she is normal before but now she is having problem of forgetting and also she got confused each and every day.she is taking tuberculosis prevention tablets AKT 4regularly as prescribed by the doctor.whether this forgetfulness and getting confused lead to serious problem?? Wat should be done to overcome this?
