What Causes Memory Issues While On Wysolone?

Hi, My mother is taking wyosolone tablets for adrenal insufficiency.she is normal before but now she is having problem of forgetting and also she got confused each and every day.she is taking tuberculosis prevention tablets AKT 4regularly as prescribed by the doctor.whether this forgetfulness and getting confused lead to serious problem?? Wat should be done to overcome this?

I think your mother may be developing age related dementia conditions like Alzheimer's Disease. As of now, unfortunately, there's no significant treatment for dementia. However, there's medication like Memantine that may help her temporarily. You will need to meet up with a neurologist for a suitable prescription after a considered examination.
