What Causes Lung Pain, Breathing Difficulty, Neck Pain And Hiccup?
Hi i been having bad pains in my right lung, it hurts to breathe, cough, sneeze hiccup and is even worse when i lay down. It started about a week ago and now my neck and shoulder hurts too. I do smoke but not as much now due to pain. Im out of province cause my sick baby and have no access to my family doctor thanks.

The pain you describe sounds like irritation of the lung membranes known as pleuritis. This can be caused by an infection in the lungs, whether new or old which healed with scarring.
In my practice, I would want to have a chest xray to make sure there is no active infection then take it from there.
