General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

There is no relation of actual lump and stress from a medical perspective. It may be the enlarged veins due to stress, anxiety which may be considered as lumps by here.

As the actual lump will never disappear on its own when it is on your head actually.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Purva Patel, General & Family Physician
