My daughter is a gymnast and was competing on the uneven bars. She under rotated and came down hard on the bars with the tops of both feet. Immediately after her competition we noticed bruising across the top of her feet and knots forming on the sides of both feet. She said it was sore, but wasn t having trouble walking, so we just had her ice and rest. It s been over a month since the competition and she still has these knots. Is this something I should be concerned about?
