Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist 's  Response
Hello,

As due to lump there will be a change in the normal biomechanics of the muscle and walking uphill may demand more work from the muscle groups. since the biomechanics of the muscle is changed due to the lump there is a change in the biomechanics of the muscle leading to fatigue soon.

I will decide to do proper lower limb training so that the muscle biomechanics improve and the cramps due to fatigue is avoided.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
